Nearly 200 people attended the 4th annual Celebration of Hope on Monday, November 10, 2008 at the Esquire Imax Theatre in Downtown Sacramento, raising approximately $20,000 for DSIA programs.
Proceeds will support the DSIA's Down Comforter program which provides critical peer support and resources to new and expectant parents. Proceeds will also help send youths and adults with Down syndrome to the National Down Syndrome Congress annual convention in Sacramento in July 2009.

- A fabulous live and silent auction by Pacific Auction Company featuring jewelry, framed artwork, local attractions
- The launch of our new book and film, Dreams in Reality, featuring adults with Down syndrome!
